Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial reporting for M&A and transformations
- Advise on complex transaction structures and capital markets topics to maximize value
- Analyze financial data to inform insights for client engagements
- Break down complex accounting concepts and develop practical solutions
- Collaborate with clients to navigate regulatory reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain client relationships to anticipate needs
- Lead project coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Apply GAAP and IFRS knowledge in advisory services
- Engage in capital market activities such as IPOs and debt raises
- Mentor junior team members to grow skills
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Must meet educational requirements to sit for CPA in intended state of employment
