Overview In this Audit Manager role you guide multiple audit and review engagements, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships. You'll coordinate engagement workflows, budgets, and staffing while mentoring staff and contributing to business development. The position offers a fast track toward Director/Partnership with hybrid work and relocation support. You will work closely with partners and clients to understand business needs and drive timely, compliant financial assurance across industries.

Responsibilities- Manage all phases of audit or review engagements across multiple client projects
- Maintain and deepen client relationships through year-round contact and understanding of client operations
- Inform Directors/Partners of significant developments and propose solutions to issues
- Plan and schedule engagements; track budgets and address overruns; explore change order opportunities
- Review financial statements and client deliverables; direct and review staff work
- Train, supervise, and evaluate senior staff and staff accountants; contribute to performance reviews
- Participate in the Firm's Business Development efforts
- Support staff development and counsel on staffing needs during engagements
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting or related field
- At least five years of public accounting experience
- Current CPA license
- Ability to travel to client locations
- Proficiency with GAAP/GAAS and PCAOB standards as applied to audits
- Experience with manufacturing, technology, or consumer products sectors is preferred
