Overview In this role you will oversee multiple audit and review engagements for SLG clients, serving as the liaison between partners, clients, and staff. You'll mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive client relationships while upholding firm standards. You will tackle complex GAAP, GASB, and GAGAS requirements, shaping service delivery and business development.

Responsibilities- Manage all phases of multiple audit or review engagements
- Maintain ongoing client contact and understand client operations and controls
- Flag issues to Director/Partner and propose solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills and firm standards
- Ensure engagements are properly scheduled and adhere to the audit approach
- Develop and oversee budgets, identify scope opportunities, and explain overruns
- Anticipate problems and questions and provide guidance
- Review financial statements and deliverables
- Direct, train, supervise, and review staff and senior accountants
- Contribute to staff evaluations and coaching
- Participate in business development efforts
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- At least five years in public accounting with SLG auditing experience
- Current CPA license
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GASB, GAAS, GAGAS/Yellow Book, and Uniform Guidance
- Ability to lead and train staff and manage multiple engagements
