Overview In this role you will lead Enerpac Tool Group's global transfer pricing function and support international tax compliance and reporting. You will own the end-to-end transfer pricing lifecycle, collaborate with operations and finance, and guide policy monitoring and audits. You'll also manage international tax work, including BEPS, CbC, and Form 5471-related obligations, and contribute to ASC 740 tax provisioning. This position sits at our Milwaukee headquarters with a hybrid schedule and significant cross-border impact.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute the global transfer pricing lifecycle across intercompany transactions
- Oversee preparation and filing of Master Files, Local Files, and benchmarking studies; coordinate with external advisors
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align transfer pricing with business changes
- Monitor and update intercompany pricing policies amid business model and regulatory changes
- Lead defense of transfer pricing policies and international tax positions during IRS and foreign audits
- Assist in preparing international US tax compliance forms (5471, 8858, 1118) and monitor global revenue thresholds
- Support global BEPS, CbC reporting obligations
- Contribute to quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions; review Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT items
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or multinational corporate tax department
- Working knowledge of US IRC 482 and OECD transfer pricing concepts and documentation
- Strong ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines across global jurisdictions
