Sr. Tax Accountant

In this role you will support tax compliance and reporting for multiple fund entities, including partnerships, corporations, and offshore structures in New York. You will coordinate federal, state, local, international, and indirect tax filings with external advisors, and review investor tax reporting such as Schedule K-1s and FATCA/CRS. You'll also review tax documentation including W-8s, W-9s, 1099s, and GIIN registrations. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to ensure accurate, timely tax reporting for an investment management-focused client base.

• Support tax compliance and reporting for multiple fund entities (partnerships, corporations, offshore structures)
• Coordinate preparation and timely filing of federal, state, local, international, and indirect tax filings with external tax advisors
• Review investor tax reporting (Schedule K-1s, PFIC reporting, FATCA/CRS compliance)
• Review tax documentation and information reporting forms (W-8s, W-9s, 1099s, FATCA/CRS self-certifications, GIIN registrations)

• Strong background in tax compliance within investment management, hedge funds, or public accounting
