Overview

In this role you will deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs, acting as the main liaison for internal clients and collaborating with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy. You'll lead a team of recruiters, building pipelines for roles from Director to front-line staff, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting. Travel is required, including overnights. This position sits under the Director of Talent Acquisition and drives enterprise-wide recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for talent needs
  • Serve as main point of contact for internal clients and assist senior management in planning and executing hiring strategy
  • Provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters
  • Network, source, and build candidate pipelines for positions from Director to front-line staff
  • Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire, and consulting as core measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting with business priorities
  • Coordinate travel as needed to fulfill recruiting activities
  • Contribute to project-level talent initiatives under the Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Operate under supervision of Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Promote an effective and compliant recruitment process across the organization
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
  • Project management experience at a corporate level
  • Negotiation skills including vendor agreement experience
  • Exhibited analytical and organizational skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays
