Overview As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you guide personal injury and general liability matters through the pre-litigation lifecycle toward resolution or readiness for litigation. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure compliance, manage a high volume of pre-lit cases, and support the transition to trial when needed. You'll work closely with clients to drive outcomes, often shaping settlement strategies and demand packages. This role offers the chance to contribute to a leading PI practice and to develop within a trial-focused team.

Responsibilities- Handle all pre-litigation tasks and documents
- Oversee and guide clients through the case process
- Complete approval steps for liability and TD processes
- Manage settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Oversee release approval process
- Lead and develop a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Drive compliance and KPIs for the team
- Focus on personal injury and general liability cases
- EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements management
Key requirements- 1+ year of personal injury experience
- Active State Bar in good standing
- Juris Doctor degree
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
- Interest in joining a trial team
