We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Aventura looking for an experienced Case Manager who can hit the ground running. This is a full-time, in-office position for a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes true ownership of their caseload.You will manage 100+ active personal injury files simultaneously - from intake through settlement - with minimal supervision. We use Filevine as our case management platform, and we expect our Case Managers to work it fluently. If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you. If you love the pace, the problem-solving, and advocating for clients, we want to talk.Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000Responsibilities:Independently manage 100+ personal injury cases from intake to resolution using FilevineCommunicate proactively with clients on case status, timelines, and next stepsGather, review, and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment summariesCoordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counselNegotiate medical liens and bills to maximize client recoveryDraft demand letters, settlement packages, and case correspondenceTrack all deadlines, statutes of limitations, and policy coverage detailsInterface daily with adjusters across major insurance carriers to move claims forwardMaintain organized, up-to-date files and documentation in Filevine at all timesQualifications:5-10 years of case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury firm - requiredProficiency in Filevine - strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of PIP, UM/UIM, liability, and bodily injury claimsAbility to read and interpret medical records, imaging reports, and provider notesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and adjustersDemonstrated ability to manage a caseload of 100+ files independentlyStrong attention to detailMust be available full-time, Monday-Friday, in our Aventura officeAbout CompanyRafaeli Law is a cutting-edge, personal injury law firm that's redefining what it means to serve accident victims with compassion, precision, and relentless advocacy.
