Overview In this role you drive major donor fundraising across the Mid-Atlantic region, working with the Finance Director to implement a region-focused plan and support donor travel and events. You'll cultivate top donors, manage regional relationships, and help execute high-impact fundraising activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and engagement with key supporters. This role offers the opportunity to shape regional fundraising strategy and contribute to the DNC's mission through scalable donor programs.

Responsibilities- Raise major donor funds through calls, events, meetings, and trips
- Identify event hosts and support the execution of regional major donor events
- Lead fundraising momentum by managing event trackers from inception to completion
- Support donor travel in the region, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefing materials
- Maintain donor relationships and re-engage lapsed donors
- Develop and manage a Regional Finance Committee to engage regional donors
- Create and manage a regional finance email program to inform and engage major donors
- Assist the Regional Finance Director as needed
- Perform other duties to support the department and DNC's mission
Key requirements- Bachelor in related field
- 3-4 years of related work experience
- Detail-oriented with Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of NGP database
- Campaign or political committee finance experience preferred (1-2 cycles)
- Some travel required
