Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and performance insights across regions or business areas. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling while partnering with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency. Your work informs strategic and operational decisions and supports leadership with data-driven recommendations. This role offers scope to shape reporting, influence key decisions, and contribute to a high-growth, AI-enabled governance platform. You will operate in a fast-paced environment and act as a business partner to drive value.

Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and enhance financial reports, models, and dashboards for decision-making
  • Consolidate and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting aligned with goals
  • Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings with recommendations
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Sales Operations, HR, Product, and others to support planning and initiatives
  • Conduct advanced ad-hoc analyses to guide operational and strategic decisions
  • Identify improvements to financial systems, tools, and processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Key requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA a plus
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills with complex data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or BI tools
  • Clear communication and ability to influence decisions across teams
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, independent contributor who collaborates with stakeholders
