Training Coordinator

In this role you will coordinate training initiatives and support continuous development of training programs. You will also manage the development, maintenance and refinements of department applications. By partnering with the Referral & Scheduling team, you help ensure efficient processes and up-to-date guidelines. You'll drive data-driven improvements and support staff with clear procedures and documentation. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape training excellence and operational reliability at Hendrick Clinic.

• Coordinate and oversee training initiatives and programs
• Develop, maintain, and update department training materials and programs
• Maintain and correct assigned department applications
• Generate reports to support training and operations
• Input data into computer systems and maintain manuals
• Compose and update policies and procedures related to training and department workflows

• High school or equivalent
• 2 years of experience
