Overview

In this role, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights and strategic guidance for HR leadership and business partners. You will collaborate across HRBPs and leaders to address complex talent questions and shape data-driven decisions. You will build scalable analytic solutions, forecasts, and scenarios that quantify workforce and financial implications. You will explore AI and advanced analytics to accelerate deliverables while upholding data governance and responsible use. This is a chance to influence HR strategy at a company integrating AI and cloud capabilities across its products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to frame and solve complex workforce questions across compensation, hiring, offers, terminations, attrition, internal movement, talent, and workforce cost
  • Develop scenario models, forecasts, and advanced analyses to quantify workforce and financial impacts of talent decisions
  • Gather, integrate, and synthesize HR data from multiple sources into scalable analytical models and visualizations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on people data, methodologies, tools, and metrics; advise on appropriate analytic approaches
  • Apply advanced analytics and technical capabilities (SQL, Python/R, Oracle tools, advanced Excel) to identify trends, automate analyses, and develop predictive insights
  • Explore and apply AI, machine learning, and emerging techniques to improve speed and scalability of HR analytics, with governance and data privacy in mind
  • Communicate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and visuals for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prioritize multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, agile environment and maintain accountability
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, business analytics, workforce planning, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, or scenario analysis
  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, or generative AI to analytical workflows
  • Experience analyzing compensation, workforce cost, hiring, attrition, or other workforce financial measures
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, OTBI, BI Publisher, and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud
