Overview As Onsite HR Manager at Flexport's Lewisville Fulfillment Center, you lead people strategy for a large, dynamic workforce. You partner with FC leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliant, efficient operations. You own the full employee lifecycle, implement site HR programs, and shape the culture. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on people-related matters
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the workforce, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair policy application
- Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies
Key requirements- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment
- Expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces
- Ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives
- Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
