Overview In this role you will support a growing Debt, Servicing and Restructuring practice within a leading AmLaw100 law firm. You will focus on real estate and finance matters nationwide, advising lenders and developers on complex transactions. You will shape financing structures, oversee workouts and foreclosures when needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions. Responsibilities- Handle real estate finance matters across the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing
- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts
- Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in diverse transactions
- Contribute to a growing practice within a leading AmLaw100 firm
Key requirements- 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one of: Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, or Texas
