Overview In this role you will oversee irrigation services for a commercial landscape portfolio, directing crews, resources, and communications with Account Managers. You will support estimating, design, and client meetings, and may sell irrigation services directly. You'll train and develop teams, manage day-to-day scheduling, and ensure quality, safety, and cost efficiency across projects. This position combines operations leadership with hands-on, field-based work to drive service excellence and growth within BrightView.

Responsibilities- Understand client needs through regular contact with Account Managers
- Coordinate materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality irrigation work
- Inspect properties to prepare action plans for service
- Monitor irrigation systems and identify issues post-installation
- Perform hands-on work with crews to meet schedule demands
- Collaborate with Branch Manager on staffing, hiring, and daily crew schedules
- Ensure proper documentation for employee changes and new hires
- Coach, train, discipline, and develop growth plans for employees
- Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning, safety, and quality standards
- Prioritize safety and maintain safety records
- Maintain administrative systems (time sheets, job databases, service schedules)
- Order materials and monitor costs and deliveries
- Assist Branch Manager with irrigation sales tasks
Key requirements- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience in landscaping or local market, including 1-2 years supervisory
