Overview In this role you will support the design and deployment of AI-driven HR solutions to improve service delivery, workforce insights, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to research, prototype, and scale intelligent processes that enhance the employee and manager experience. You will validate AI outputs, refine prompts, and monitor adoption to drive responsible, data-informed HR decisions. This position sits within HR Operations and focuses on digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Support process improvements and research solutions, testing, and automation of HR processes
- Curate and improve HR datasets used for AI-enabled tools
- Validate AI outputs for accuracy and bias, recommend quality improvements
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and process designs to enhance HR service delivery
- Track roadmaps, project plans, testing plans, and implementation activities
- Gather requirements from HR users, stakeholders, managers, employees, IT, and vendors
- Use AI-enabled analytics to identify problems and suggest improvements
- Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and iterate tools and workflows
- Maintain documentation of models, logic, and processes for transparency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support responsible system implementations
- Perform other related duties to support HR Operations and digital transformation
Key requirements- 3-5 years of experience with digital AI solutions, analytics tools, process improvements, or automation-enabled solutions
- Experience in analytics, digital transformation, or HR technology operational improvement
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, or other HR AI tools
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or similar platforms
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, stakeholders, and external vendors
