Electrical Estimator

As an Electrical Estimator, you will drive early pricing through final delivery for commercial projects, blending pre-construction analysis with project coordination. You will interpret technical documents, build cost models, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and field teams to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned. You'll shape proposals, assess quotations, and support procurement and execution strategies to deliver well-planned projects. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling accurate estimates and coordinated delivery at scale.

• Evaluate commercial opportunities through document review, site visits, and stakeholder discussions
• Interpret plans, specs, and revisions to produce comprehensive estimates for labor, materials, time, and total cost
• Assemble proposal packages and bid documentation for internal and customer submissions
• Engage with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal partners to confirm scope details and pricing assumptions
• Compare labor and material options to recommend cost-conscious, practical approaches
• Support procurement and trade partner selection by evaluating quotations for completeness and alignment
• Manage awarded work from turnover to completion by coordinating schedules and staffing plans with field leadership
• Track cost performance, manage scope changes, assist with change documentation, and support invoicing
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams while addressing drawing discrepancies and site challenges
