Overview In this role you will drive vehicle sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience at Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston. You will work with a team to meet sales goals while building relationships with customers and handling inquiries. You'll stay informed on inventory and products to better assist buyers and pursue long-term growth within the dealership. Responsibilities- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Key requirements- Proven customer-facing sales experience
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required; attitude, drive, and professionalism matter more
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience handling phone leads and Internet inquiries is a strong plus
- Desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
