Overview As Head of Legal Solutions and AI Programs, you will shape Konexo US's legal services and AI-enabled offerings, driving strategy, growth, and delivery. You will own the revenue, design scalable service models, and oversee client delivery across managed services, project work, and advisory engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, integrate automation and AI to improve quality and efficiency, and strengthen senior client relationships. Responsibilities- Develop and grow Konexo's legal services portfolio across managed services, projects, and large delivery programs
- Design scalable offerings with defined scope, pricing, delivery models, and operating frameworks
- Oversee delivery quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction on engagements
- Provide executive sponsorship to key clients and maintain senior relationships
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership to drive revenue, margins, and forecasting
- Embed technology, automation, and AI into legal delivery through collaboration with innovation teams
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across legal delivery, project management, technology, and operations
- Represent Konexo publicly to share insights and deepen client relationships
Key requirements- 12+ years in legal services, ALSPs, consulting, or complex professional services
- Proven experience scaling and delivering managed services or large-scale legal delivery programs
- Strong understanding of corporate legal departments and operations
- Experience leading senior client relationships and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in pricing, margins, forecasting, or financial oversight
- Experience with technology-enabled legal delivery, automation, AI workflows, and process improvement
