Overview

In this role you will develop and implement people strategy through HR processes and act as the HR representative to the business. You will partner with senior site leaders to deliver HR support aligned with objectives, focusing on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, investigations, and change initiatives while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the site HR leader and partner with senior site leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business objectives
  • Provide full-spectrum HRBP support for manufacturing site employees, including employee relations, compliance guidance, performance management, and recruitment for hourly roles
  • Manage daily employee inquiries and ensure consistent interpretation of HR policies
  • Oversee onboarding, leave management, return-to-work coordination, and investigations with root-cause focus
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across business areas
  • Manage engagement, wellness, recognition initiatives, and company social events; ensure confidentiality of records and Workday data
  • Contribute to MONM projects and maintain data integrity
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years HR experience in manufacturing environment; Master's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, coaching, investigations, and labor practices
  • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Experience driving organizational changes, including onboarding and safety orientation
  • Proficient with MS Office; Workday and Kronos experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively
