Overview In this role you drive end-to-end Legal Transformation programs for Honeywell's Corporate Legal function, translating priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will lead governance, adoption, and value realization across global teams, collaborating with HR, Communications, Finance, IT, and Procurement. You'll work from Charlotte on a hybrid schedule, coordinating across time zones and guiding senior stakeholders. This position blends strategic design with hands-on execution to standardize processes and scale the legal function.

Responsibilities- Lead multiple complex Legal Transformation projects from strategy through adoption and benefits realization
- Define scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables with executive sponsors
- Own integrated project plans including timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and executive reporting
- Design governance frameworks, operating cadences, escalation paths, and accountability mechanisms
- Coordinate interdependent workstreams across Legal, Finance, HR, Communications, IT, Procurement, and business teams
- Prospect risks, assess impacts, and drive mitigation actions to closure
- Define outcome measures and value-realization metrics; guide decisions with data and dashboards
- Develop stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and post-launch reinforcement
- Advise Legal leadership on project structure, governance, operating-model design, prioritization, sequencing, and implementation considerations
- Lead development and implementation of global legal operating models and standardized processes
- Partner with Communications and HR to manage Legal communications channels and routines
- Collaborate with Finance on financial planning, budgeting, and spend visibility
- Lead post-implementation reviews and translate lessons into scalable standards and templates
- Coach project leads and senior stakeholders on project and change-management practices
- Establish and continuously improve common Legal project-management methods, templates, dashboards, and reporting
Key requirements- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or transformations in a corporate or similar environment
- Experience leading initiatives from scope and business case to implementation and outcomes
- Experience establishing governance, decision rights, risk management, escalation, and executive reporting
- Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams in global/matrixed settings
- Ability to influence senior leaders, resolve ambiguity, and drive accountability without direct authority
- Ability to translate complex information into concise executive communications, dashboards, and decision materials
