Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you drive end-to-end recruitment and support strategic TA initiatives to build strong, diverse talent pipelines globally. You collaborate with TA managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring aligned with enterprise policies. You'll leverage Workday, data insights, and market trends to optimize recruitment effectiveness and governance. This role offers exposure to employer branding, early career programs, and continuous process improvements that shape Mosaic's talent ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, and improve enterprise TA programs (early career, diversity hiring, internal mobility, employer branding)
  • Align stakeholders and guide execution through EBS and regional teams
  • Coordinate initiatives with TA managers, HR partners, EBS, and cross-functional teams for adoption
  • Develop and track TA metrics and dashboards (Workday and other tools) and provide insights
  • Support TA governance by defining standards, processes, and compliance
  • Assist with technology adoption and enhancements (Workday, AI-enabled tools)
  • Conduct market research on talent trends and competitor practices to inform TA strategy
  • Facilitate TA governance meetings and ensure scalable, efficient processes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Business, Human Resources, or Related Field
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, HRIS platforms; Workday preferred
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Insights and Workday
