Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will guide HR solutions for regional units and lead the HR aspects of acquisitions. You'll partner with leaders to boost engagement, productivity, and retention, while ensuring compliant practices across HR disciplines. The role blends strategic workforce planning with hands-on employee relations and performance management. You'll drive organizational design, talent development, and diverse, inclusive cultures in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • advise business leaders on HR strategy and solutions
  • manage employee relations issues and investigations
  • support organizational design, restructuring and workforce planning
  • coordinate acquisition-related HR integration and due diligence
  • drive performance management, coaching, and career development
  • assist in compensation processes, job descriptions and point-in-time evaluations
  • ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment across regions
  • partner with HR service centers and functions to implement people initiatives
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of professional HR experience with 5+ years in core HR or HR Generalist roles
  • experience leading HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and integration
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • strong knowledge of labor laws (US and regional where applicable)
  • ability to handle confidential information and influence across levels
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • bilingual or multilingual skills (English required; French/Spanish mentioned) preferred
  • self-starter
