Overview In this role you design and execute experiments to generate data-driven insights that advance infectious disease immunoassay development. You will work with the assay team and global partners to transfer technology, train juniors, and help meet project milestones. You contribute as a technical expert in discussions and decisions, shaping experiments and outcomes across cross-cultural teams. This is a hands-on role at a purpose-driven diagnostics company, offering opportunities to impact product development and scientific learning.

Key requirements- Bachelor of Science with 5 years of practical experience, or Master of Science with 2 years, or Ph.D.
- Proficient knowledge in microbiology, immunology and biochemistry related to infectious diseases and immunoassay development
- Experience with protein expression and purification, antibody development and protein analysis techniques
- Proficient data management using Minitab
- Strong oral and written communication abilities; cross-functional collaboration
- GLP/GMP documentation skills
- Ability to plan and organize studies within an assay team
- Ability to serve as technical expert to lead discussions
