Responsibilities- Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Technology, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, and partners to unlock value and surface tradeoffs
- Facilitate operating rhythms, executive reporting, and leader forums to communicate performance and enable timely decisions
- Streamline processes to reduce complexity and increase efficiency
- Manage workforce-related operational risks within the technology risk framework
- Support scaling of the global operating model and offshore delivery integration
Key requirements- University/college degree
- 8+ years industry experience
