Overview As an HRBP, you will align people strategies with business goals across designated units, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders. You'll shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to boost performance and engagement. This role partners with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to address critical talent needs and drive organizational health. You'll work onsite with a focus on practical, data-informed solutions that support Northwest's business objectives.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives
- Advise on organizational design, team structure, and workforce optimization
- Lead workforce planning, succession, and talent risk assessment
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and growth plans
- Facilitate talent reviews and leadership development across units
- Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted development with Learning & Development
- Support change management for organizational transformations and workforce changes
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss priorities and workforce strategy
- Provide guidance on restructures and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Utilize MS Office and department-specific software to enhance efficiency
- Operate as part of a team and work with on-site equipment
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent HR experience
- 6-8 years of HR experience
- Experience as HRBP supporting business leaders and strategy
- Experience in financial services or banking preferred
