Overview In this role you help drive CNA's Small Business Technology modernization and digital enablement efforts. You work across business, technology, underwriting, product, actuarial, and operations to analyze processes and translate needs into executable solutions. You'll support the agent-facing portal, policy administration modernization, API integrations, and AI/automation initiatives to boost efficiency and user experience. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, resolve issues, and implement improvements. Responsibilities- Lead projects within the functional area as a senior technical analyst
- Elicit and review business requirements with stakeholders and senior management
- Research and propose viable, cost-effective solutions to business problems
- Develop procedures and plans to support operations and achieve objectives
- Coordinate with various organizational groups for planning, execution, and decision analysis
- Advise on best practices and process improvements; act as primary liaison for business issues
- Ensure appropriate resources for project teams and supervise performance of team members
- Serve as a technical resource on best practices for the business/functional areas
- Continuously learn trends in the insurance tech space and related innovations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- Knowledge of insurance technology platforms and policy administration systems
- Ability to analyze business processes and implement efficiency-improving solutions
- Experience with production support, issue resolution, testing, and post-implementation validation
- Strong knowledge of project management and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Expertise in change management practices
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives with minimal direction
