Overview Join our Supply team to safeguard beer quality from brewing to packaging. You'll perform routine analytical tests on beer samples and packaging to ensure specs, contribute to process optimization, and support safety and sustainability goals. Responsibilities- Run analyses on beer samples (pH, different chemical parameters)
- Test packaged beer for oxygen, CO2, fill level
- Inspect pasteurizers and ensure proper pasteurization
- Assess package integrity and specifications
- Coordinate quality analyses and report results
- Conduct studies and statistical analyses to improve quality
- Perform routine laboratory testing as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor in Science (chemistry, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.)
- Operate laboratory instruments and perform basic maintenance
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, sanitation, procedures, techniques
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Flexible to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Understanding of brewing, packaging, HACCP and GMP (preferred)
