Overview In this role, you partner with AMXL PXT to drive operational excellence and organizational health through strategic HR leadership. You will lead a diverse team, balance data-driven decisions with human judgment, and translate priorities into actionable plans across sites. You'll strengthen culture, support leadership development, and manage change in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, people leadership, and AI-enabled analytics to improve employee experience and business results.

Responsibilities- Lead a diverse HR team to drive operational excellence, risk management, and employee experience
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen culture and deliver results through data-driven people practices
- Drive talent management and development across all levels with equitable selection and performance optimization
- Monitor employee sentiment via floor presence, data, and feedback, and implement targeted culture improvements
- Champion organizational change with stakeholder management and effective adoption strategies
- Drive adoption of HR technology, build digital fluency, use analytics and AI to streamline processes while maintaining human-centered approach
- Own end-to-end PXT operational excellence with rigorous processes, documentation, and issue escalation
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or 2+ years Amazon experience
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, or 2+ years in operations/related fields with leadership
- Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics
- Experience supporting or leading onboarding, investigations, training or talent management
