Overview In this role you will own the Talent Operations machinery to scale Planet's hiring across geographies. You'll lead a team of operations specialists and coordinators, driving the Talent Operations Roadmap including AI interview tools, global process standardization, and SLA enforcement. You'll ensure the recruiting workflow remains efficient as the company grows, coordinating with Talent Acquisition and People Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that directly impacts candidate experience and hiring throughput, in a mission-driven, innovative environment.

Responsibilities- Own and deliver the Talent Operations Roadmap, including AI assessment tool rollout and global process standardization
- Lead and develop multi-office operations and coordination teams, setting priorities and coaching for excellence
- Drive SLA compliance within the ATS through process controls and automated reminders
- Identify bottlenecks to reduce time-to-fill, focusing on scheduling, offer workflows, and pre-offer processing
- Operationalize AI interview assessment tool across recruiting, including training and analytics
- Manage ATS administration and customization across multiple entities and geographies
- Redesign headcount approval workflows with automated processes and clear communication
- Ensure onboarding compliance across geographies in collaboration with People Operations
- Maintain a knowledge base of processes, policies, and SLAs for the recruiting team
- Provide operational data (pipeline velocity, stage conversion, scheduling throughput) for capacity planning
Key requirements- 6+ years in talent or HR operations
- 4+ years managing a team of coordinators/operations specialists at a scaling tech company
- Deep expertise with Greenhouse ATS (administration, workflows, reporting, integration)
- Experience driving SLA compliance and process adherence for distributed recruiting teams
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting coordination (100+ hires/quarter) with multi-timezone scheduling
- Track record deploying new recruiting tech (AI tools, scheduling automation, assessment platforms) with measurable impact
- Project management across concurrent workstreams (roadmap, tool deployment, process redesign)
- Experience with global hiring operations and EMEA compliance, offer localization, and local requirements
