Responsibilities- Implement strategic initiatives to drive innovative event strategies and improve processes
- Provide hands-on leadership for event operations with internal stakeholders, guests, and suppliers
- Serve as an events subject-matter expert, staying current on trends and representing Hilton in professional associations
- Support sales efforts and participate in client site inspections to grow event business
- Assist with budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting while optimizing staffing and resource use
- Champion a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on guest- and team-centric service
- Develop and mentor talent, supporting career growth and maintaining open communication
Key requirements- 5 years of experience in an events manager role
- 2-3 years as a senior events manager
