Overview In this role you will implement and administer HR programs to support Rheem North America. You will partner with leaders and employees to deliver HR services that advance organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture. You'll handle onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and compliance across a hybrid Atlanta-based team. This is a broad, hands-on role with impact on policy execution, training, and mobility initiatives that shape the employee experience.
Responsibilities- Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and government regulations to employees and management
- Administer HR plans and procedures including disciplinary actions
- Assist with personnel policies, onboarding, leave management, and employee relations issues
- Maintain HRIS records and generate reports
- Coordinate benefits, training, performance reviews, and promotions as required
- Support immigration and global mobility programs in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration; 3+ years of HR experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt to changing needs
- Strong judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in handling situations
- Ability to work well in a matrix team and maintain confidentiality
