Overview In this role you own the full HR function within a growing organization, aligning people operations with business needs. You will partner with leaders across the company, shaping policies and driving continuous improvement. You'll tackle employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits, and HR reporting while leveraging data and automation to boost efficiency. Responsibilities- Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance and people decisions
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR reporting
- Strengthen performance management and manager development
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and processes
- Use HR data to support practical, business-focused decisions
- Help build accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization
- Leverage HR technology and automation to improve efficiency
- Support the organization through continued growth and evolving business needs
Key requirements- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience
- Broad HR experience with ability to independently manage a full HR function
- Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance
- Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Strategic thinker who can also execute
- Confident and approachable, able to build trust while holding people accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable with HRIS technology and using automation to improve processes
- Experience in manufacturing, service, construction, distribution or operational environments is a plus
