Overview In this role you will design, develop and deliver scalable IT and product training that supports varied roles and learning styles. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support technology rollouts and digital transformation, while maintaining up-to-date training materials. You will analyze needs, measure impact with KPIs and ROI, and continuously improve programs. Responsibilities- Onboard, design and deliver training sessions for internal users (onsite and virtual)
- Create, adapt and maintain manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, eLearning content, and hands-on demos
- Conduct training needs analyses and performance gap assessments with stakeholders
- Partner with Product, PMO, IT and other teams to support technology rollouts and digital transformation
- Collect feedback, monitor performance, assess training effectiveness, and improve programs based on KPIs and ROI
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, trends, and emerging technologies including responsible AI usage
Key requirements- Bachelor or equivalent with 4+ years related experience
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze training impact using KPIs/ROI
- Knowledge of digital transformation and IT product updates
