Overview

In this role you support an exceptional employee experience through coordinating learning, onboarding, and engagement initiatives within the People & Culture function. You act as a liaison between employees, leaders, and partners to ensure programs run smoothly and contribute to culture and organizational effectiveness. You will manage administrative tasks, learning programs, onboarding processes, and internal communications to keep operations efficient. This position offers the chance to impact how employees connect with the company and grow within their roles, using organizational knowledge and HR systems. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project support for the People & Culture team and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Coordinate department projects, meetings, and annual initiatives; maintain org charts, calendars, and documentation
  • Support audits, reporting, record management, and vendor coordination as needed
  • Support the execution and administration of learning, development, and culture-building programs
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, LMS assignments, reporting, and audits
  • Own and enhance the onboarding experience from offer to integration; manage pre-boarding, orientation, and new hire resources
  • Develop and distribute People & Culture communications; maintain intranet content and resources
  • Coordinate team meetings, town halls, and employee forums
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, events, surveys, and action-planning
Key requirements
  • Associate's Degree in related fields preferred (HR, Business Admin, Communications, Organizational Development)
  • Minimum one year of experience in HR, administrative, employee experience, project management or related support role
  • Experience supporting employee programs, events, training initiatives, or organizational projects preferred
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Experience working with HRIS; ADP WorkforceNow preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through
  • Customer-focused with a passion for positive employee experiences
  • Microsoft 365
