Overview

In this role you will drive statistical analysis for clinical trial programs at Lilly. You will collaborate with statisticians and study personnel to shape analysis plans, perform analyses, and communicate results for regulatory submissions. You will ensure data quality and leverage SAS, R and other tools to support regulatory inquiries and manuscript writing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand diseases, enhance analysis methods, and uphold quality and compliance. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with statistical colleagues and study personnel to provide input to statistical analysis plans, write reports and respond to regulatory queries
  • Select statistical methods for data analysis, author sections of the analysis plan, and execute analyses once data is available
  • Collaborate with data management to plan and implement data quality assurance
  • Maintain proficiency with SAS programming and statistical methodology and apply new methods
  • Perform peer-review of work products from statistical colleagues
  • Use current technologies and tools for clinical trial analysis
  • Assist in communicating study results via regulatory submissions and manuscripts, and interact with key customers
Key requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or MSPH with concentration in Statistics or Biostatistics
  • Proficiency in SAS, R, Spotfire or similar tools
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Technical growth and application with solid understanding of statistics and software
  • Self-management with focus on timely, accurate deliverables
