Responsibilities- Provides HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations to assigned business units
- Collaborates with leaders to address workforce needs, organizational changes, and talent considerations
- Supports implementation of HR initiatives aligned with enterprise strategies
- Provides analytical, project management, and operational support to senior HR partners
- Resolves employee concerns and conducts investigations; serves as liaison between HR and business units
- Participates in execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation, and talent development
- Ensures compliance with HR processes and documentation; supports data collection and reporting
- Analyzes data, trends, and metrics with HR to develop solutions and policies
- Maintains knowledge of employment law and partners with management to reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partners with HR team members to improve processes and service delivery
- Contributes to cross-functional initiatives and projects
Key requirements- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources (generalist or multi-function)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of total rewards, talent development, and talent management
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships
- Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations with independent judgment
- Proficient in MS Office and GuideStone system applications
- Must maintain complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters
