Overview As an experienced corporate attorney, you will lead complex transactions and advise growing businesses within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm. You'll drive M&A, restructurings, and strategic deals from start to close while expanding the firm's corporate practice and client relationships. This role offers entrepreneurial freedom with a clear path to equity partnership and exposure to cross-functional teams working on sophisticated transactions.
Compensation / Benefits- compensation $275,000-$400,000+
- 15% origination compensation on collected revenue

Responsibilities- Lead mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters from inception to closing
- Advise owners, executives, and privately held companies on strategic legal and business decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other complex transactional documents
- Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to practice growth
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Key requirements- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- Significant corporate transactional experience in a law firm
- Experience leading mergers and acquisitions and complex business transactions
- Experience independently managing client relationships and legal matters
- Existing book of business or demonstrated business development success
