Overview In this role you will advance the firm's construction litigation practice by representing developers, owners, contractors, and other industry players in complex disputes. You will work within a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team to manage matters from inception to resolution and advise clients on strategy and risk. The position supports long-term growth, client development, and a transparent path to equity partnership. Compensation / Benefits- 275,000-400,000+ compensation range
- 15% origination compensation on revenue from originated business

Responsibilities- Represent clients in contract disputes, defects, delay claims, payment disputes, liens, and related controversies
- Manage whole litigation lifecycle from pleadings to trial and alternative dispute resolution
- Advise clients on strategy and risk management in construction matters
- Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to practice growth
- Collaborate across practice areas to deliver integrated construction industry solutions
Key requirements- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- Significant construction litigation experience in a law firm
- Experience handling construction-related disputes, commercial litigation, or mechanics lien claims
- Experience independently managing client relationships and sophisticated litigation matters
