AI Enablement Change Manager (East)

Overview

In this role, you will design and lead enterprise change efforts that help clients move to future states using behavioral insights and AI-informed analysis. You'll coach AI adoption and mentor change leaders to embed new ways of working. You'll drive stakeholder engagement, craft learning experiences, and measure adoption to ensure sustainable outcomes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI-enabled transformation and improve consulting efficiency. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with a focus on concrete impact and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights, AI analysis, and tailored interventions
  • Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to adopt AI-enabled ways of working
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to build alignment and sponsor change
  • Develop and deliver learning experiences including AI-enhanced training and capability-building programs
  • Anticipate and mitigate resistance using data-driven change diagnostics and targeted interventions
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning outcomes
  • Provide post-implementation coaching and reinforcement for long-term sustainability
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance deliverable quality and consulting efficiency
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in change management with proven leadership of complex initiatives
  • Recent experience with AI coaching
  • Knowledge of agile change management methodologies; certifications like PROSCI/ACMP are beneficial but not required
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance change delivery
  • Ability to coach stakeholders and teams on AI-enabled productivity and collaboration
  • Proven success delivering AI-forward change approaches for large-scale transformations
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels
  • Collaborative, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and diverse client environments
  • Ability to quickly build industry fluency and credibility with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
