Overview As a Senior Business Partner, HR, you enable effective HR services that drive functional performance. You will partner with line managers to address people issues like talent selection, development, retention, and culture transformation, while ensuring policy compliance and aligned practices. You'll support HR activities spanning hiring, training, and ER events, contributing to total quality and safety standards. Responsibilities- Provide HR insights to line managers on people-related issues and opportunities
- Consult with line management and deliver daily HR guidance
- Partner with managers to ensure policy compliance with local laws, RBA, and corporate guidelines
- Interact with HR leadership to optimize employment services including hiring, training, compensation, and benefits
- Support the HR Manager and business in organizing company events and ER activities
- Ensure compliance with 6S, KAIZEN, Environmental Health Safety rules and processes
- Contribute to Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO and Management Systems by following policies and procedures
Key requirements- University degree or above; preferred in Administration, Human Resources, Language
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Excellent English skills
- Demonstrates openness to others' ideas, motivation, and results orientation
