Glazing Senior Project Manager

In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead curtain wall initiatives on high rise projects from pre construction to closeout, ensuring time and cost targets are met. You work within a multi disciplinary team to coordinate shop drawings, procurement, scheduling, and compliance, shaping project outcomes. You'll interact with architects, engineers, and fabricators to establish a solid foundation and drive projects to successful completion. This is a hands on, design to delivery position that offers autonomy and exposure to diverse curtain wall work.

• Administer curtain wall projects from pre construction budgeting and scheduling through procurement, shop drawing development, construction, turnover and closeout
• Coordinate shop drawing and submittal process with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Factory; participate in design meetings
• Obtain current structural and interfacing drawings; ensure site use alignment
• Establish Schedules of Values; assist with monthly requisitions and change orders
• Develop project schedules based on client requirements, durations, and lead times
• Coordinate material release for fabrication to align with schedule
• Provide design teams with details for non compliant conditions and interfacing drawings
• Obtain construction permits and ensure safety, code compliance, and insurance programs
• Oversee project execution through subordinate managers to meet design, budget, and schedule

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• General knowledge of the construction industry; curtain wall knowledge is a plus
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and shop drawing coordination
• Strong coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders
