Overview In this role you lead end-to-end executive recruitment globally, partnering with C-suite and HR to build diverse pipelines and proactive talent mapping. You guide search processes from intake to onboarding and influence across cross-functional teams for a seamless executive hiring experience. You'll drive initiatives to enhance processes with a focus on excellence, innovation, and inclusion. You contribute to Alcon's mission to help people see brilliantly by shaping leadership talent.

Responsibilities- Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for senior director level and above globally
- Drive targeted sourcing to build external pipelines aligned with critical capabilities
- Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams guiding all search stages
- Provide insights and best practices on executive hiring strategies
- Embed fairness and inclusion across search strategies and hiring decisions
- Advance Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve processes and outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related experience
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
