Sr. Compensation Analyst

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst at SpaceX, you support HR and leadership decisions on hiring, promotions, and compensation programs. You'll translate data into strategic insights, shaping job levels, salary structures, and recognition programs. You'll aggregate market data, run surveys, and communicate programs clearly to recruiters and managers. You will mentor junior teammates and work in a fast-paced environment focused on attracting and retaining top talent to enable SpaceX's mission.

• Act as consultant to HR and business leadership to support decisions on hiring, promotions, and compensation programs
• Conduct research, quantitative analysis, data modeling, data mining, and present data to identify trends for strategic people decisions
• Develop compensation programs such as job levels, salary structures, and recognition programs
• Aggregate data to participate in compensation surveys
• Develop and implement communication and training for compensation programs for recruiters, HR professionals and managers
• Mentor and train junior members of the team

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in compensation and/or human resources
