Designer, Water/Wastewater

In this role you independently design and manage engineering details across multiple projects, driving technical solutions through all project phases. You will provide detailed technical expertise, contribute to construction documentation, and participate in construction administration. Collaboration with designers and cross-discipline teams is key as you translate concepts into sound, build-ready solutions. You may mentor junior staff, supporting a collaborative, multi-design team environment. This position offers impact through shaping technical outcomes on wastewater projects within a respected engineering practice.

• Provide technical expertise on detailing, code analysis, project documentation, construction administration, and other project-centric processes.
• Produce technical detailing for various construction materials and systems.
• Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.
• Mentor and potentially supervise others in the project context.

• Associates degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a multi-design discipline team.
