Responsibilities- Serve as the main contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance across commercial estates to meet high standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and document maintenance needs ensuring timely completion
- Manage property health through proactive and reactive maintenance
- Monitor property meters (water, gas, electricity) and record readings
- Transport materials, tools, and documents between properties and contractors
Key requirements- Experience as Property Manager, Portfolio Manager, Block Manager, Estate Manager, Junior/Assistant Property Manager or similar
- Experience with property management software (Re-Leased, Asana)
- Strong verbal and written communication for liaising with tenants, contractors, and staff
- Willingness to work both on-site and in the office and to travel between properties
- Physically capable of inspections, carrying equipment, and maintenance checks
