Overview In this role you will lead the Salesforce platform at Watts Global, ensuring scalable, secure, and value-driven solutions that support sales, service, and commercial operations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across regions to translate requirements into robust configurations and architectures. The role combines hands-on administration with design, development, and governance to continuously improve platform health and adoption. Responsibilities- Serve as the lead Salesforce administrator for Watts Global platforms and modules
- Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce environments
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, groups, and security
- Design and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports
- Support Sales Cloud, ARM/RCA/CPQ, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities across the company
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver enhancements
- Participate in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and design review activities to ensure scalability and governance
- Perform hands-on development including declarative automation and development with internal/external teams
- Support release management, testing, deployments, and issue resolution
- Monitor platform health, data quality, adoption, and performance; drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure platform changes align with governance, compliance, security, and data management standards
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices; propose value-adding improvements
- Contribute to team success and support additional projects

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a global or enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, automation, reporting, dashboards, user administration, flows, validation rules, and change or release processes
- Ability to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and participate in architecture, design, development, and testing
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, or related platform capabilities
- Experience supporting complex global organizations across regions and business units
- Experience in manufacturing or complex commercial environments with product structures, quoting, customer service needs, and business integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of platform governance, data quality, compliance, security, and system administration best practices
