Responsibilities- Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions using platform-native features (flows, process builders, custom fields, validation rules)
- Configure system settings, workflows, automation, and metadata customizations within assigned Salesforce specialization areas
- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and system processes for governance
- Ensure all customizations comply with financial services regulatory standards, security requirements, and policies
- Develop and execute testing protocols to validate Salesforce configurations before deployment
- Perform data integrity checks, reconciliations, and end-to-end testing post-implementation
- Create and maintain data mapping documents for Salesforce Advisor Desktop data exchanges with other systems
- Document field mappings, data transformation rules, and integration touchpoints across enterprise systems
- Track data lineage and ensure consistency between source systems and Salesforce for audit and governance
- Collaborate with integration teams and stakeholders to validate mappings and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor adoption metrics and drive training, process improvements, or system enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate into Salesforce-based solutions leveraging declarative features
- Provide ongoing support, monitor performance, data quality, and identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain audit trails, compliance documentation, and system security posture
Key requirements- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, Product Admin, or related role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and configuration best practices
- Understanding of financial services industry compliance and security requirements
- Proven ability to manage user adoption and drive organizational change
