Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist with maintaining bookings and daily closeout
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
