Overview

In this role you'll guide HR strategy and operations across multiple properties, shaping people practices that support service excellence. You'll partner with operations to ensure compliance, effective talent management, and strong employee relations. You'll lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management to boost engagement and retention. This position offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with growth opportunities in a fast-expanding hospitality organization. You will influence culture and contribute to the company's people-first mission.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance to Operations and ensure policy adherence
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance
  • Lead recruiting and talent management, coaching managers in talent assessment
  • Coordinate onboarding and manage employee status changes (promotions, pay changes, transfers, leaves, disciplinary actions, unemployment matters)
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop programs and policy improvements
  • Offer day-to-day performance management guidance and development coaching
  • Partner with Operations to improve morale, productivity, and retention
  • Support workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning
  • Participate in HR meetings to ensure deployment of processes across fields
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting, training, compensation, performance management, culture development, employee and union relations, employment laws
  • Multi-unit hospitality experience
  • PHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office
